|
Ensemble
percussion playing is an excellent method of team building and
stress reduction for anyone whilst being fun and enjoyable.
Matt Hobson has been involved in taking African Drumming,

Djembe
workshops allow pupils to learn to respond and react to each
other in improvisation and to learn a variety of World
percussion rhythms. They are fun, energising and inspirational
and encourage creativity and self expression. It is completely
inclusive being accessible to people of different ages,
backgrounds and abilities. |
|
African
drumming ensemble playing unites people and is an effective way
of reducing stress and
gaining relaxation, enjoyment and a sense of achievement as well
as improving co-ordination, concentration and motor skills and
encouraging creativity and self expression. |
 |
|
 |
Drumming
workshops help to reassure people of their abilities and talents
and and relaxation. Drumming together promotes self confidence
and well-being whilst encouraging bonding, mutual appreciation
and togetherness. |
|
No previous
